Sakura as a Senju.

Do you think It would have been more fitting if Sakura was made to be of the Senju clan rather than nothing at all? It could have provided a lot of symbolism with her relationship to Sasuke.....him being and Uchiha and all, which would make their relationship polemical....and making Naruto & her close by blood. Though I wouldn't want her to have Mokuton/Wood Style, but Senju blood/DNA is already a power up in itself..

Then we would have Naruto as the Uzumaki, Hinata as the Hyuga, Sasuke as the Uchiha, and Sakura as the Senju. That would've been nice.

But that would've also opened the possibility of Naruto and Sakura being the parallels of Mito and Hashirama and I wouldn't want to have that XD Though we might get to know more about Sakura's clank ,perhaps they also have some kind of connection to the Senju clan?

Well, that's true, though it also would support SS as well. Besides, a pairing will be seen as weak if it needs to depend on other parallel ships in order to use as "evidence", like how using MinaKushi, ObiRin, and JirTsu foe NaruSaku, even though Rin isn't like Sakura, or Naruto like Minato. That's kinda the problem with NS, it depends too much on parallels. Of course, NH fans too have said that NaruHina is like MinaKushi or YahiKonan or ObiRin to be fair, though these comparenses only emerged after the NaruSaku fans starting using parallels as proof.

Anyways, You know what's the funny thing about Parallels?

No matter how much you stretch them, they'll never end up in the same place.

And Haruno isn't actually a ninja clan, it's simply a Family name. Similiar to Hatake, Terumi, Nii or Nohara

I am actually betting on Sakura being a Senju.
It would support NS, but it would also support SS. Sakura is going to get character development soon regardless, so I think this is plausible.

Meh, I'm not counting on it....but hey.....that doesn't mean she can't learn Slug-Sage Mode or Bringer of Darkness, no?

I mean, both Hashirama's sage mode and his Bringer of Darkness genjutsu are non-kekkai genkai abilities, so Sakura learning these Senju abilities would be possible.

When you consider the fact that she was stated to be talented in Genjustsu as well as having outstanding Chakra control, allowing her to preserve & control her chakra, which is needed for a Sage mode to work.

There just seem to be SO MANY things pointing at a Slug Sage Mode for Sakura, So let's hope for the best and the worst.

I can't agree enough, I remember when I found out about how Wuji "The Void of Nothingness" (Which is represented by a white circle) turns into Yin-Yang "The Ultimate Power".......You don't know how much hope in Hinata & the Hyuga that discovery gave me.

I would really like for Sakura to get a power up and do something, but I don't think it was needed for her to be part of the Senju clan. Kishi was doing well with her at the beginning of Shippuden. If he would've kept that up, it would've been awesome.

I've seen those theories about Sakura ending up being part of the Senju clan, but there are two things that make me not believe them. One, is the fact that Kishi said, when asked about Sakura's background, that she was just a normal girl from a normal family. And two, the fact that in one of the early chapters, when Kakashi complimented Sakura on her chakra control at the tree climbing training, he stated she didn't have as much chakra reserves as Naruto and Sasuke did, and if I'm not mistaken, Senju having the body of the Sage also means they have good chakra reserves. That would also rule out the possibility of her getting a slug sage mode, since that requires great amounts of chakra.

^True, true. What makes the theory for me in the subtle hints, but also that Kishi is sometimes inconsistent. He said at the beginning that she was a normal girl from a normal family, but who knows? He might have been saying that for more of a dramatic effect later or he is once again being inconsistent. If she isn't Senju, it won't disappoint me because I like Sakura just because she's a BAMF. If she were to be Senju though, I think a lot of people would accept her more, mostly the haters, and I like the idea of that because I can't stand for one of my favorite characters to be bashed.
