Juubito confirmed as Sage of Six Paths?

I don't know how what the consensus here among people here, but it's becoming more and more clear, at least to me, that Obito is currently an incarnation of the SO6P, their goals are almost identical at this point.

In this form, Obito's body has 6 horns on his body, 6 swirled markings on his body, and 6 rings through his staff. At this point the evidence in piling up quite a bit.

I think Obito has the same body because of the Bijuus' chakra. He could transform into this form but he is still not the incarnation of the So6P. For that, he would need to have the reincarnated soul of the So6P and that is probably not the case.

To be Sage of Six Paths you have to not look like him, but act like him. Obito - look, Naruto - act.

And Naruto called the entire alliance his "friends" not too long ago, so if you were trying to reduce his "friends" to the K11, don't.

1) what he sorta looked like
2)He become the 10 tails jinchuriki (later split them)
3)weilded yin/yang release (the power to create)
4)Had visions of true peace

Little else is known. Aside from the whole two sons debacle that is. We don't know what the sage was like.

And as of now Obito shared 3/4 of points with SO6P (and maybe even 4/4 maybe he has a yin/yang release now), we don't know what the sage would have thought of the IT Moon blablabla, so all I'm saying is the resemblance is there.

And kishi wouldn't be bothering with all of the "6" references all of Obito's body for nothing. It means something.

The So6P never forced the Bijuus to come inside him. He separated them and gave them freedom somehow. Obito extracted them violently from their Jinchuurikis, then used them through the Gedo Mazo, then became their Jinchuuriki. Juubito can't be the So6P because hs's using the Bijuus for his own interests. The So6P loved the tailed beasts which loved him back.

Even Kurama was crying when he realized that they were going to be separated from each other and be separated from the So6P.
That's why love was the key for Naruto to become friend with Kurama and for their teamwork. As long as Naruto hated Kurama, Kurama always tried to take control over Naruto's body without taking into account that the latter could die because of that.

When Naruto erased hatred from his heart, he could understand Kurama and gave him love (not romantic) and earned Kurama's respect.

Obito is just a fake S06P who wants to use the tailed beasts and I think that's exactly what is going to turn against him at the end of the day.

Let's say that Obito is a dark and twisted version of Rikudou, while Naruto is a light. In the end we might get fight of two Rikudous - fake (Obito) vs true (Naruto).

Well, Naruto already has chakra of every bijuu. Killer Bee might transfer some to him as well and Minato giving Naruto the rest part of Kurama would definitely level-up Naruto to the true form of Sage of Six Paths. Maybe Obito got the most part of bijuus chakra, Naruto got something more important from every bijuu and jinchuuriki - their will and faith in Naruto, this is much more stronger, than any amount of chakra.

I don't know if Naruto already has the chakra of every Bijuu but I was thinking that he and maybe Bee would somehow through chakra resonance enter in contact with the other Bijuus inside Juubito. That would be the first step to call them back or to create a kind of Bijuus' rebellion inside Juubito which would lead to his end.

Now this is a good theory. I like the idea of both Naruto and Juubito being two sides of the same coin.

As for your scenario, it's not only really cool, but the more you think about, the more plausible it sounds. If the manga does end up going this way, we can all say you called it!

I totally agree with this and I can see this happening. It's totally Kishi's style, plus it would support that good triumphs over evil.

Anyway, if the Sage had wanted a illusory, forced peace he would've casted IT himself.

You know what I find amazing about Rikudou. He fought with Juubi, the force, that is able to destroy the entire world. But instead of killing this beast he gave it a new life within nine separate personalities. I think it shows, how kind that guy was. Sersiously, anybody else, who would have enough of power, would just kill Juubi without back thinking, because who cares about what happened with the beast? It's just an animal they would say... But you know what, animals sometimes are a lot better, than humans and I think Rikudou believed in this, so he gave Juubi a second chance.

Juubito is a more evil incarnation of the SO6P, while it could be said that Naruto is the truer, good incarnation.
