Oh I hope anyone can answer this question, Is the OST of The Last and Nana Mizuki's single available on iTunes and Google Play? I rather buy it digitally

Unfortunately not. If you want it digitally, you'll have to resort to "borrowing".

Unless I missed some news today (which is possible, I just started getting into the community for the day after coming home from work), Nana Mizuki's single isn't even released yet as a preview. The official release date of that song is December 17th (time zone differences could make it December 16th for some of us).

I downloaded the soundtrack off a site I found on tumblr. It's amazing. The songs are so beautiful and brilliantly composed. They still keep the wonderful Naruto flare.

I didn't listen to the OST until after I saw the movie. My favorite track is "NARUTO and HINATA." I also love listening to "The Last," "My Sunshine," "Unison," and "Sunrise."

In addition to those (I didn't like sunrise so much.) I loved Stardust and Red Shoes. I also like the leif motifs (Reoccuring musical theme). I'm still postulating why "Little Song", "Close to You", "Snow" and "Sunrise" all have the same motif. (Daymare and Goodbye Forever also have the same motif). The Toneri themes that play are pretty obvious in why they're placed where they are placed.

I do not see any problem when some compositions have supposedly "the same motif" as long as the music relays enough emotions to the audience.

Anyway, I ordered the soundtrack and went to the post 3 times to take it, but because of x and y technical problem with the provider, I could not get it. Dammit!

Indirectly via Amazon. Unfortunately, as Amazon could not find any provider for Austria, it directed me to a provider in Switzerland. When one deals directly with Amazon, one gets a code, then goes to the post and uses it to get what was ordered. But the provider processed differently. That was the reason for these "technical problems".

Anyway, I could not get it but at least, I got the money back.

That sounds like some form of auction-type stuff. I got mine from AmazonJP directly (I can understand enough of the Japanese to order from them and then switch to English for the important stuff). Some chose to get theirs from CDJapan.
