I read the other two posts about Reps, but I just want to know what it is? what it means? and also how to give it/them :)

On the right side of your posts, you see a + and - sign there?
+ increases ones rep! and - reduces their rep.
Rep is shorter way of saying reputation, and your reputation can be found right bellow your avatar, location.
You currently got 2 reps ^^
