Hiashi: Welcome back daughter, and I am glad you survived this ordeal.
Hinata: I am glad to see you too, father.
Hiashi: There is another thing I want to ask you about, what happened to my best friend's son?
Hinata: He....he's in hospital, he was injured in this war.
Hiashi: Can you please take me to him?
Hinata: You still remember, don't you, father?
Hiashi: Indeed I do. Minato was an exceptional Shinobi and I am glad that I had him on my team.
*at the hospital*
Naruto: Well, if it isn't my soon to be father-in-law?
Hiashi: I can still refuse to give my blessings, you know.

MMhh, I think when the war finishes, Naruto is going to go black when Hinata appears and catches him before he falls to the floor.
She's embarrased and he's surprised...
She starts to cry of happiness and thanks God because Naruto is okay, he's just weak...
Then, he says "don't cry hinata, all's okay now :)"
Hinata: N-Naruto-kun, thanks
Naruto: hehe..
Hinata lays down naruto on the floor, slowly..
Hinata: I've come to help you, I want to help you every time I can. I'm going to heal your wounds with all my effort..
Naruto: (smiling) Hinata.... Thanks for always be worried for me, you're always by my side.
Hinata: N-Naruto-kun (O///O) it's not necessary that you thanks me, I do it with pleasure..... Well... where it hurts the most?
Naruto: Hehe, to be honest, all my body hurts...
Hinata: (Thinks: Poor Naruto-kun..) I know I don't heal like Sakura-san..Even, I don't know "heal jutsus", I'll just use my unguents and bandages, but I promise I'll do my best... (She starts heal Naruto's wounds)

They are interrupted because so many shinobis start to arrive around Naruto and Hinata, all are thanking Naruto and celebrating because he (with Sasuke) could overcome to Obito, Madara and the Juubi.
At the same time, at about 1 km is Sasuke, and some shinobis start to arrive around Sasuke (too, he's weak, but at least Juugo was with him, helping him)
One of that shinobis that are around Sasuke is Sakura, and blabla...
It could be great, at least for me, and so realistic!

Here is a short and sweet NH moment that came into my head, should be a pretty short one as well.
- NaruHina birthday:
- Naruto and the rest of the villagers are celebrating Naruto's birthday.
Hinata: (Walks up to Naruto with a smile, with no gift in hand) Happy Birthday Naruto-kun.
Naruto: Thanks Hinata.
Hinata walks away happy to see Naruto is finally the hero he deserved to be.
Sakura: Naruto say something to her, I know it was hard for her to tell you.
Naruto: But Sakura what do I say to her?
Sakura: (Starts off laughing at Naruto) So the great Naruto Uzumaki is now nervous to talk to a girl, hasn't stopped you in the past.
Naruto: Hey stop teasing me, I just didn't expect to know what love was, she was the first one to show me that.
Sakura: so Naruto how do you really feel about Hinata?
Naruto: (thinks back to the Chuunin exams, the battle against Pein, when she stood up for him and when he first held on to her hand) I felt like I can achieve anything with her, she was the reason why I defeated Neji, the reason why I defeated Pein and was the reason why I thought on against the Juubi.
Sakura: but how does she make you feel Naruto?
Naruto: (Looks over to Hinata with a smiles at her) she makes me feel happy Sakura.
Sakura: you see, you can be happy with her, I was never the only girl around, Hinata always will love you no matter what, so it is time for you to do the right thing, (Sakura pushes Naruto towards Hinata) ask her out Naruto, what's the worst that can happen?
Sakura runs away, wanting to give Naruto and Hinata some alone time.
Naruto: Hinata, *oh man, what do I do? I have never asked a girl out without being so nervous*
Hinata: yes Naruto-kun.
Naruto: would you like to get some ramen sometime?
Hinata: *is he asking me out?* (starts blushing, but also notices Naruto turning crimson) I would love to Naruto-kun.
Naruto: you know something Hinata? I have been thinking.
Hinata: Yes Naruto-kun.
Naruto: about everything you have done for me in the past and yet I was so stupid, I realised you have always been there to cheer me on, make me feel stronger.
Hinata: really Naruto-kun, (remembers the PFS)
Naruto: Yeah, I realised how important you are to me, without you, I wouldn't have come this far.
Hinata: what are you trying to say Naruto-kun?
Naruto: Please stay by my side forever, I want you there because I love you Hinata.

here is a very short one for our sweet couple, in fact it is a little one sided but that is because it is involving one character.
- the Naru in NaruHina:
- Naruto is getting ready to make the final charge with Sasuke, to win the battle and to save the world, he looks back to see Hinata standing back with the other remaining members of the Shinobi alliance, with a gentle smile he turned back to the fight at hand.
Naruto: I have got someone to return to, I want to make her happy.
Hinata (Naruto's memories): I wanted to be with, walking by your side, so I am not afraid to die if it means I can protect you, because I love you Naruto-kun (further in time) just look at his eyes you can tell, (after Neji's death) never going back on our words because that is my way of the ninja as well Naruto-kun.
Naruto: (he looks back towards Hinata with another smile) *Hinata, after this war is over, I will be walking in the village with you by my side, holding your hand, so wait for me Hinata.*

Madera and Obito were just defeated. Shinobi are being healed, as well as Naruto and Sasuke by Sakura and Tsunade. Hinata goes over to where Naruto is where Tsunade is healing him.
Hinata: Are you okay, Naruto-kun?
Naruto: Yeah, I think I'll manage.
Hinata: I'm glad, Naruto-kun. The war is finally over.
(Naruto is fully healed and stands up. Hinata goes to hug him. Naruto is a little surprised, but he smiles and he wraps his arms around her.)
Naruto: You didn't have to do that, Hinata. We are alive. There is no need to worry anymore.
(Hinata continues to hug him with some tears in her eyes. Naruto faces her, and holds her hand once again)

Just trying a scenario again. Warning: I'm in a deep fanboy mood now....
- Spoiler:
- The war is over since some months... Everybody is back to his/her respective village. Naruto is together with Sasuke considered as one of the greatest hero of the war. However, he knows that there is still a lot to do to bring true peace in the Shinobi World.
Through this war, Naruto had the opportunity to make new friends and to know more about the clans, the villages and the countries which were participating in the alliance. That's why he decided to make a trip around the Shinobi World with the purpose not to judge but to try to understand the different cultures and to try to bring solutions where problems might arise.
Everybody in Konoha knows that Naruto is leaving soon. He is now in his flat, preparing the stuffs he needs for this long journey when he hears someone knocking on the door...
N: Oh Hinata it's you! I wanted to come to your place before I leave.
H: You don't have to disturb yourself Naruto-Kun. I just wanted to wish you good luck and to say goodbye... Hinata looks sadly to the ground.
N: I've already intended to visit you before leaving...
H: she is surprised. Really Naruto-Kun?
N: Of course! I wanted you to come with me but I know as heiress of the Hyuuga clan, you might have a lot of duties to fulfill.
H: That's true... However, I wanted to be with you Naruto-kun. I wanted to walk with you and hold your hand and...

Hinata just leaves quickly. She can't take it anymore. She would like to go with Naruto but he is going alone... She runs back to her place trying to hold her tears.
Naruto has already left Konoha and is now entering the Rain Village. As usual, it's raining. The sky's tears are disturbing his view but there is someone there at the entrance who remembers him about a girl he knows. He comes closer...
N: with a surprised face. Hinata!!! What are you doing here?
H: I, I promised myself to be with you Naruto-Kun. Heiress of the Hyuuga clan or not, I just want to be with you forever.
Naruto sheds tears of joy, runs to her and takes her in his arms, hugs her, they look at each other's eyes and kiss passionately. They are both wet because of the rain but now the sun has come out and is shining on them.

Juubito falls to the ground after being hit. Barely manages to get up. An around around the gaping wound left by Naruto and Sasuke. Bleeding profusely, but starting to heal... but very slowly.
Juubito: Ugh... they managed to get a good hit on me, but the Shinju... (looks up at the flower) I just need to hold up for a little bit longer... no time for imagining worthless things...
Naruto: Yeah! That's how you do it! Just one more time and we'll finish this!
Sasuke: You don't need to tell me...
Shikamaru: Hmm, that pretty reckless. You'll really be a troublesome hokage (Ino and Chouji smile at him)
Kiba: Hey! That's not decided yet, Shikamaru!
Shino: Kiba, don't say anything. Why? That's because you're embarrasing yourself.
Hinata: Naruto-kun, give it your all. If you fall, we'll be here to pick you up.
Juubito: So this is all? All your hope in this world could do? I to...

(the k9 are now standing right behind Naruto and Sasuke)
Naruto: Hinata... you guys...
Kiba: Yeah, I don't like admiting it, but she's right.
Naruto: ...she usually is (does one of his typical goofy expressions)
Juubito: That doesn't fix anything... even if you have your friends, you can't do anything. Shinobi will eventually follow their destiny of hatred.
Naruto (gets serious again): Even so, running away is not the answer! Even if it's not perfect, my future is this reality! (put his hand on Hinata's) We're finishing this up, Sasuke, everyone...!
Sasuke (smirking): Was kinda getting impatient here.
[Inside his mind]
Naruto: Hey, Kurama! You sleeping or something?!
Kurama: Shut up! It's because you keep using chakra so fast that I can't get a break! I get tired too, you know!
Naruto: Hmph! Anyway, we're doing "that".
Kurama: Getting lectured by that Hyuuga girl did it's work again, eh?
Naruto (flustered): Ah! Just shut up and do it, you stupid fox!
Kurama: Hahaha! Ok! Hey, other half, we're gonna need all the chakra!
And one scenario after the war ended:
Sakura (beaming): So, when are you gonna do it, Hinata? Today? Tomorrow? When?
Ino: You're one to talk, Sakura... Sasuke-kun is back and you haven't even talked to him (laughs)
Sakura: Ino... you! This is not about me! Anyway...

Obito: You know Naruto, there was one girl I was always in love with, but she was in love with Kakashi, her name was Rin.
Naruto: Rin, you mean the grave Kakashi always stands in front of?
Obito: that's right, I have some words of advise, don't go down the same path as me Naruto, find someone precious that will help you become hokage.
Naruto: I already have found someone precious, her name is Hinata Hyuuga, and I realise how important she is to me, I didn't understand it at first, but thanks to mom and dad, I know now.

Naruto: I love Hinata, I think I was during the time when I was feeling down about having to fight the person you killed, Neji Hyuuga.

Madara: You have served me well, Obito. Too shame that you lost. You could have defeat Naruto pretty easily, after all, his weakest point was always there in front of you *Madara looks at Hinata*. Now I will have to strike his heart instead of you, after all, this Naruto boy looks really troublesome.
Obito: *looks at Hinata and has a flashback of how she supported Naruto in 615 and it reminds him of how Rin supported him in the past as well*
Madara's mokuton bunshin appears right in front of Hinata from under the ground and pierces her through chest.
Naruto and Obito both look at that scene and Naruto has his eyes became full of madness and he has a flashback of how Pain striked Hinata. Obito looks at that and remembers exactly same scene, that happened with Rin, when she was pierced through chest as well.
Naruto: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *jumps at Madara and destroys mokuton bunshin in one hit* Hinata, hold on! I will do something, I will definitely do something about it! Just hold on, you can't die on me, not now, not here...!!!
Hinata: Naruto-kun, I'm so sorry... I wanted to be with you to the end... And die with you while gettind old, with grandchildrens surrounding us... *starts crying* Sorry, I really wanted to see you become Hokage... *closes her eyes*

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *Naruto turns his head to Madara with fox eyes, he is starting to transform into something mixed with bijuu mode and six-tails mode and jumps at Madara with the strongest feeling of hatred he ever had*
Obito saw everything what happened. While Naruto is fighting with Madara, Obito is trying to crawl to Hinata's dead body. When reaching her, Obito looks at dead Hinata, once again he remembers Rin in the same state. Obito understands, that Rin's will and her pure heart are still living in this generation. He understand, that this is the time and chance for him to redeeme himself in front of everyone. Obito starts performing Rinne Tensei on Hinata. Naruto turns his head to this scene.
Naruto: Obito... You...!
Obito: ... You must protect what you love the most, Uzumaki Naruto... I grant you the chance, that I didn't have back then... You must protect Hinata from now on... And fullfill our dreams in reality... Good bye, Naruto, Minato-sensei, Kakashi... Rin, I hope that it will make you proud of me at least a little... *Obito smiles with the same smile he had in the past and passes away*

I know this thread hasn't been updated for a while, but I just had a thought and it could be plausible too.
Naruto is getting ready to leave to fight his final battle with Sasuke. Hinata is there to express her concerns.
Hinata- Please Naruto-kun, come back to me alive. Promise me, that you will.
Naruto looks at Hinata straight in the face with a serious look and walks towards her.
Naruto- Hinata, you have my word. I promise you I will come back.
Hinata tears up as Naruto hugs her. It is pretty long and intense as he sheds a tear. He looks at her, and kisses her for the first time
Naruto- I love you, Hinata.
Naruto holds onto her hand not wanting to let go as he starts to walk away. He turns around, and heads off out of the Village to fight Sasuke. Hinata begins to shed more tears as she holds a hand across her heart as Naruto did when he fought pain.

- NaruHina moment:
- Obito: Kakashi, there isn't much time for me, I will use Rinne Tensei, but after do that crush this Rinnegan.
Kakashi: But Obito, you will die.
Obito: that doesn't matter Kakashi, my old friend, it is the least I can do since I was the one who caused Naruto to die.
Kakashi: ??????????
Obito: Yes Madara extracted the Nine Tails.
Kakashi: No it cannot be.
Obito clasps his hands together and gets ready to use the Rinne Tensei,: goodbye old friend, and please destroy my left eye.
in the battle field Naruto hits the ground with the last bit of his life force starting to drain away,
Konoha 11: Naruto.
Hinata: (rushes to Naruto's side and collapses next to him) Naruto-kun no.
Naruto: Hey Hinata, are you alright? (starts to smile)
Hinata: Please Naruto, don't go.
Naruto: Sorry Hinata, I guess I will finally miss out on kissing a girl and spending the rest of my life with you.
Hinata: (starts to cry) We will save you Naruto-Kun.
Naruto: Yeah and there is a problem Hinata, once I lose Kurama, I will die, my life force was connected to Kurama.
Hinata: (shakes her head in disbelief) Naruto, I will never love any other person, it will always be just you.
Naruto: (moves his hand towards Hinata's face) Hinata..................... I Love you.........................too
as Naruto passes away Obito finally finishes his jutsu and transfers his life towards Naruto, Hinata leans down and kisses Naruto while the rest of the K11 look on making sure Naruto's body is safe.
Obito: Naruto, finish this, Now Kakashi, destroy my left eye, Madara cannot be allowed to have this eye.
Kakashi: (charges towards Obito and uses his Kunai to impale the left eye of Obito) Obito, please tell Rin Kakashi Hatake will help Naruto lead this world towards a bright future.
Obito: thank you old friend.
back at the battlefield Naruto awakens with to find Hinata kissing him. Naruto: Hinata, I am alive?
Hinata: Naruto-Kun.
Naruto: 'Obito did this,' (sits up and looks towards Hinata) I will need to rely less on Kurama and the strength of my friends and you as well Hinata.
