Shino could get some different sort of bug with different abilities, maybe like having bugs that can use elemnts like fire or earth. The Aburame clan hasn't been explored much, and it's not known just how many types of bugs they have. Like Torune (Danzo's servant) had those skin-melting bugs.

Kiba could possibly get a power up in the sense that he improves his speed as well as gets/makes a new pill for Akamaru or he makes a pill for HIMSELF. Other than that, I'm not sure what else he could get. Perhaps a new beast transformation with Akamaru, like a three-headed wolf. .......oh yeah, I'm not sure if most of you know this, but in one of the data books, there is an attack of Kiba's mentioned called Whirlwind Wolf Fang and the book said that he learned this between part 1 and 2 but so far, it's yet to be shown

I think Choji is fine how he is. He took on the Gedo Mazo for crying out load. So I'm sure he could be said to be on par with Naruto & Sasuke to some degree. Though he could always learn how to summon a Butterfly.

Sakura already got her power in this week's chapter, and she has yet to use her full power, so she's fine how she is I think. Though I'd be fine if she got s Slug Sage mode too, but I'd say she's good already. A Slug summoning would be nice too.

Same for Shikamaru. His smarts could win him his battles. Though if I had to give him a power up, I'm thinking perhaps a monster/beast/warrior made from his shadows, kinda like a Sasuno'O. He could also get a Deer summoning.

Ino's a tricky one, that's for sure. She's DEFIANTLY not a fighter & lacks the smarts that shikamaru has to make up for it. I really can't think of anything for her aside from perhaps a technique that gives the user a head ache......perhaps a Pig summoning?

Sai....I'm not sure about him. I mean he can DRAW ANYTHING and it comes to life. Heck, who's to say he can't draw the Juubi?

Lee is set to go, with his five gates, he's pretty OP as it is, but having him surpass Gai would mean he should learn how to unlock all 8.

Tenten.....what's to say about her? She uses WEAOPONS. The amount of weapons out their are endless, Tenten could possibly get sooo many crazy weapons and tools. Not to mention she's skilled in space-time ninjutsu.

I've already made a whole thread about Hinata's possible power ups, but here they are again. She could unlock a lvl2 Byakugan, which would be designed to look like the Yin-Yang symbol of the Hyuga clan. With it, she could summon a Guardian Lion, much like how the Uchiha summon a Warrior. She could create White Flames, much like how the Uchiha create black flames.
Of course, she could always learn the Heavenly Rotation technique... Another power up for her would be an attack called Gentle Fist: Chakra Destruction Technique, which would be done by leaking her own chakra into the opponent in order to destroy their chakra from the inside.
