I hope it will follow Naruto series success

Don't know whether i should raise my expectations high for the new series and the up coming movie.

I still did not watch The Last.
I don't know if the DVD or Blue Ray is already out with english, french or german subtitles. If it's out, I'll try to get it ASAP.

Regarding the movie about Boruto, I am looking forward to the mini-series first, then (depending on how they are) the movie.

Nah, there's no dvd/blu-ray out yet for "The Last." There's only the same cam-rip that came out in January due to someone illegally recording in the movie theater.

The Japanese dvd/blu-ray is going to be released on July 22 (in Japan). That dvd/blu-ray will not have subtitles. The posters given to some people who saw "The Last" in the USA have said that the USA should expect a dvd/blu-ray at some point this year (some posters said "summer" while others said "late 2015"--personally, I trust the ones that say "late 2015" more, though a September release is possible depending).

Well, according to those that translated the Japanese on the movie website, Boruto is a "prodigy" (which gives him something else like Neji, who he's named after).

I wish we could get something remotely telling us about the plot of the movie (as it doesn't even have a tagline or anything yet), but I guess they rather wait until after the mini-series starts.

Boruto seems to have the "Konohamaru complex"...

That's why I am not really interested in the Boruto movie for now. I am very curious and interested about the mini-series and waiting for them, then I can think about the movie.

I can't wait for the chapter to come out! I have a feeling that it'll be just as good as NARUTO, it won't be as serious as Naruto Shippuden was, but it'll have that serious element along with the childish element that I sometimes miss.

According to some theories, Naruto might die in the movie because Boruto is crying and there is a scene where Naruto does not look well and entrusts his son to Sasuke. But I'm sure as the movie will come out in Japan, spoilers will spread like crazy and we'll get to know some stuffs about the story.

Well the theories are as that just theories at the moment, we only get a few images from the trailers and the theories are flying around like crazy. okay sure it is a realistic possibility that Naruto could be killed off, who knows, but there are more theories going on at the moment, who knows?

maybe Boruto is crying because he isn't as big of a tough guy as he makes himself out to be. well we just don't know, the movie gets released in 6 weeks and maybe by then Evil might give us a riddle to direct us in what will happen, but then again I doubt Evil would want to give it away.

well the good news is Hinata is in the movie, and from the looks of it Boruto was happy when he was crying, so I doubt Naruto will be killed off in this movie, because as racefan would say I call BS.

Hinata isn't going too be taking part in any action scenes. Yeah, one damn movie is all she gets (that is canon). BS.

That bit is unfortunate, at least we saw her on the trailer unlike ino and temari.

Well she doesn't need to be part of the action scenes, she has a daughter to look after as well, all the while trying to help Boruto overcome his disdain he holds in his father's job.

^ Aside her family duties, I also hope to see Hinata in some action scenes, though I am not sure if it will happen.

Maybe another "wishful thinking" of mine would be to see more from all the kids of the new generation in the mini-series before the movie comes out.

I think what this movie will mostly revolve around is Boruto wanting to get acknowledgement from his father, while Naruto tries to patch things up with him and maybe get closer as father and son. there are some theories that I have about the movie, and none of them involve Naruto getting killed in the movie (which since the last trailer showed up) is not looking likely to happen.

Boruto yelling at his father, then asking Sasuke for training to surpass his father, to me it seems like Boruto wants his father's approval.

at the end of the movie we might see Naruto promising to be at home a little more often so he can spend time with Hinata and the kids, and with the possibility of the four of them celebrating Himawari's birthday together and a possible revelation that HInata might be expecting a third child. it is mildly possible
