Who do your favorite Naruto characters remind you of? Fictional or Real life

I think of title should be enough of a clue, who do your fav characters remind you of? Can include fictional or real life people, heck maybe even yourself. 
Hinata is one of my favorite characters, here who she reminds me of:

Hinata is one of my favorite characters, here who she reminds me of:
- fictional character #1:
Her name is Samus Aran (from the Metriod series), like Hinata had a rough childhood, lost her parents at age 3 (i know Hinata didn't lose her parents but her father disowned her, so take it for what it is) but was found and trained by the Chozo too help her deal with space life when she got older. After she left the Chozo, she went too the space police force and later became a bounty hunter. Like Hinata, she is tough (been shot at, had stuff thrown at her, had have stuff fall on her, fallen from great heights and yet gets back too her feet), smart, witty, never gives up and is the strong silent type, i view Hinata has strong silent type too. And she beautiful too boot. As Solid Snake would say "under that cold, hard extieror beats the heart of a women." Hinata is along similar lines "under that shy quiet extieror beats the heart of a women." They are both awsome, period.
- fictional character #2:
Her name is Lara Croft, from the Tomb Raider reboot. Like Hinata was born into reletive wealth and comform but choose instead too earn her way (Lara wanted too go too college, so she worked 3 jobs too pay for it. Hinata just well worked her butt off too get too were she is). Lara went from "oh dear i broke a nail" too "i'm gonna kill all you @$$holes one by one too save friends!!!!!" (Hinata went through the same from "i can't do this" too "i KNOW i can do this." Like Hinata Lara is very caring, smart, has a strong fighting sprite and never gives up. Both where changed by certain events (Lara by her experience in Tomb Raider 2013 and Hinata by Naruto and figthing her cousin in part 1). Lara (like Hinata) is one of the few female characters that i don't care about how they look, it is who they are that i care about.
- real life person:
His name is Jaime McMurray. Dispite gender differences, they have same personality. Shy and quiet BUT they have had too deal with confidence problems and circumstances out there control. Jaime has sought help from a sports shrink too help with his confidence problems (Naruto helped Hinata with her confidence problems). But they share one major thing in common; NEVER BET AGAINST THEM, because they will prove you wrong. Jaime has won 7 times in NASCARs top series, including 2 of NASCARs biggest races. Both work hard too get too where they are now. Jaime and Hinata are just awsome people, that why i'm a fan of both of them.

The characters who incarnate self-sacrifice are the ones I like the most because they don't expect any reward, they do what they have to do for a cause/ideal or for someone they love and this kind of devotion brings tears to my eyes.
That's why Itachi comes on the top of my list in the Narutoverse. I could somehow relate him to another manga/anime character: Shiryu from Saint Seiya (Kurumada Masami). The latter went through all kind of sacrifices for his friends and for his beliefs. I've already written something about him in another thread.
There is another example I am thinking about but I'm not here to promote any belief, religion or whatsoever, so I will let your imagination take over. It's someone who healed people and made very positive speeches but who at the end of the day was betrayed and sacrificed knowing it was his fate...
Anyway, Hinata is also one of my favorite character because of her action against Pein. She was ready to give her life for Naruto, so for her beloved one. Neji's sacrifice to protect Hinata and Naruto and also Gai's action in the current situation strengthen my esteem and admiration for them.

There is then the battle of the Sanctuary, where the bronze saints will have to fight against the most powerful knights: the golden Saints. By remaining behind, Shiryu avoids his friends to get cut by Shura the Capricorn Saint keeping the 10th House. After an intense fight, he decides to use a forbidden technique: "the ultimate Dragon" which is a deadly technique for the enemy and the user himself.
This short extract shows Shiryu's sacrifice against Shura. The dialogues are in original version and the subtitles are in Spanish I think. Anyway, everybody closed to Shiryu realizes that something is going on. they feel a tremendous power leaving the Capricorn House and see a Dragon flying to the Sky. Then, there is a scene showing Shunrei, the one who loves Shiryu. She was adopted by the old master of the 5 pics in China and was around when Shiryu came to train with him to become a bronze Saint. She feels and notices that something is flying towards the stars and she knows it's Shiryu. She tries to get some answers from the old master who keeps silent until he says: "Shiryu, you knew that by using this technique, you would die but you have always put justice above everything... and there's nothing more beautiful to die for others" or something along the lines.
The old master is someone wise who never used to show these kind of emotions but the way Shiryu decided to sacrifice himself made him cry. It's only a short part of it, but his closed friends will shed tears too afterwards. I think it was the character who by his sacrifices triggered the most emotions from his comrades.
Anyway, I hope it's not too boring for you but I have never cried in front of a film, movie or whatsoever in my life, except this scene. And the music from Seiji Yokoyama gives even more power to this epic and sad moment.

Encore plus marquant lorsque je l'avais vu pour la 1ère fois, étant enfant Je pense même que c'est le plus beau sacrifice de toute l'Histoire du cinéma, des mangas et de toute autre oeuvre. Les Japonais sont vraiment des Dieux, niveau émotion !!
I'm translating: "Indescribable emotion... absolutely superb... This moment touched me even more when I watched it for the first time when I was a kid. I even think it is the most beautiful sacrifice in the whole History of cinema, of mangas and other work. Japanese are really Gods when it comes to emotion."

@Starlight047 what i meant was who do your favorite Naruto characters remind you of, not who are your favorite characters. Unless i'm misunderstanding you.
@Irielo i agree, when self-sacifice is used properly, it leaves an impact. Weither it'd be for friends or a loved one. the animation style in Saint Seiya reminds of Yu-Yu Hakasho too a point, except Yu-Yu Hakasho is a bit more cleaner (or should i say modern).

- This short video is an old one. It's the one I've watched (but in French) when I was 7-9 years old (1988-1990). In 2007, the series where remastered in original version with sub-titles and without being censored. Unfortunately, there are some versions of the series which have been so censored, where the original beautiful music itself was changed, where even some concepts were changed... These versions are to me a betrayal to the original story... Anyway, the last arc, the fight against Hades was animated 13 years only after the previous arcs, so in 2002 in Japan.
