Tips on how to sleep
I could use some. Cuz I literally stared at the back of my eyelids for an hour and didn't sleep. I have to babysit a mongrel horde in a few hours and need the rest.

- Drink warm milk right before going to bed
- Don't snack right before going to bed
- Don't concentrate too much on other stuff
And if the above don't work
- Take a melatonin pill, melatonin is a liquid that your brain makes in order to make you fall asleep. So it's a natural product.
- Take valerian, this is a plant which will help you feel more relaxed
- Don't snack right before going to bed

Valerian root amg. I remember when I struggled with insomnia because my mind was over active and I couldn't stop thinking, so my brother was like, "you need some damn valerian root" and shoved a punch of valerian root pills in my hand for me to take, it definitely did make me relaxed.. lol
