MMA as therapy
Just found this short reportage about former soldiers who get their therapy in mixed martial arts (instead of pills for instance), regardless if the reason they fought was right or wrong.
As I like MMA and follow it from time to time, I find it awesome that people re-direct their energy into it instead of sinking into depression.

Not only martial arts, any sport can be used as a therapy depending on the practitioner's mindset when he/she does it.
Anyway, watching this video, one can understand that MMA in this context is a kind of group therapy for people who had to go through the same thing (war) and who came back with some traumas and needed to re-adapt in society.
